Portable ultrasonic generator series US 400 of the last generation, designed and manufactured for welding parts made of plastic material. This fully digital generator makes it possible to undertake
all the operations that were previously only possible in generators of a higher price range.
These US 400 generators are complete with backlit display. The innovative programming system uses a rotary switch with selection and enter button. This means that all the calibration operations are available with a single knob. This generator is unique, thanks to the simplicity of use, the functions
available and the very limited cost.

The USP ENERGY ultrasonic welders have been designed and built using the most advanced technology (3D CAD, CNC). This welder has given priority to factors such as reliability, advanced electronic solutions and affordable cost. A welder that finally combines competitive price level with advanced technological content! The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The thrust pressure of the cylinder is adjustable. The welder has a mechanical
stop to check the welding heights. There is a wheel mechanism to permit the variation in the sonotrode height. The parallel arrangement of the sonotrode in relation to the part to be welded is also extremely easy and intuitive. The generators are highly advanced and fully digital, contained
in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this ultrasonic welder is their cycle control system that is totally controlled by a MICROPROCESSOR incorporated inside the generator cabinet.

The USP-M ultrasonic welders have been designed and built using the most modern technology
currently available (3D CAD, CNC). The mechanical and electrical solutions available make
it possible to work in optimal conditions and with a full range of setting possibilities, thereby
adapting the welder to the most varied welding situations. Thanks to the absolute reliability of
the ultrasound generators it is also possible to obtain a consistent welding process. The USP-M
welders are available in three models:

  • With base
  • Bench type
  • Column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines).

The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is
equipped with a mechanical stop to control the welding heights. There is also a wide range of
generators to extend the user options: 20 and 36 KHz systems are available with power ratings of
between 500 and 3000 Watts. These generators are latest generation and totally digital. They are
equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most
important features of the welder is the cycle control system which is totally enabled from the
TOUCH SCREEN DISPLAY.

The USP-T ultrasonic welders have been designed and built using the most modern technology currently available (3D CAD, CNC). These machines are designed for particularly heavy-duty operations in which precision is an essential factor. They are particularly suited to applications involving the ultrasound cutting of fabrics and laminated fabrics in the textile sector, and in the cutting of membranes and filtering fabrics in the medical sector. Thanks to its sturdy design
and the use of high-strength prismatic guides, means that the machine is capable of working
in optimal conditions. These ultrasonic USPT welders are equipped with a special
microprocessor-assisted programming system and a keyboard with backlit display and functions keys. The absolute reliability of the generators being an essential condition to assure consistent welding
quality. These welders are available in three models:

  • Column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines)

Generators are available with power rating of up to 3000 Watt.

The ultrasonic welders in the COMPACT series are designed and manufactured using state-of the-
art technologies (3D CAD, CNC). These welders are particularly suited for welding small parts and its mechanical design is simple and practical. The ultrasound generators deliver absolute reliability for a consistent weld. The ultrasonic welders mod. COMPACT are available in two models:

  • Bench type
  • Column type (possibility of incorporation on automatic lines)

The transducer holder head moves pneumatically on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder
is equipped with a mechanical limit switch to control the welding position. The generators used
are available with a frequency of 36 kHz, with 500 - 1000 Watt power. These generators are
latest generation and totally digital. They are equipped with a backlit display and come enclosed
in an elegant metal cabinet. One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle
control system managed by a MICROPROCESSOR.

The SEW US/04 ultrasonic sewing machine has been designed and developed using the latest technology (3D CAD, CNC). This modern design sewing machine, is suited to the welding of synthetic fabrics, as an alternative to sewing with thread. The special feeding system, with adjustable
pressure, makes it possible to carry out curvilinear welding jobs. The ultrasonic generator used has a power rating of 1000 Watt, with a frequency of 36 KHz.
All the welding parameters are adjustable:

  • Vibration amplitude
  • Thrust pressure
  • Welding height

Various welding geometry options are available through the simple replacement of the feeding wheel and counterwheel. This makes it possible to obtain imitation stitching in different  patterns.

Rotation-Welding Technic

In the context of industrial automation aimed at the market of assembly machinery, Sirius Electric, has studied and built a new pneumatic actuator for spin welders.

With this technology, most thermoplastic materials having a round shape can be welded.
In the spin welding technology, the heat needed to melt the parts is produced by a circular movement combined with thrust pressure. A part to weld is held in the fixturing, while the other part is put in motion by the rotary spindle. The assembly process is easy and based on easily understood, well-known principles of physics. This actuator, very contained in size, is suitable for welding small size pieces, where the use of conventional systems is inconvenient because of size and elevated costs.

The brushless motor that drives the rotary spindle is highly efficient. The new electronic drive devices on these motors, combined with our welding cycle control microprocessor, are perfectly
integrated, further reducing the space needed for the wiring system.

Vibration-Welding Technic

The VSP 405-14 vibration welder was designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies
(3D CAD, CNC). This technology is used for welding thermoplastic parts that have complex geometric shapes or when the material itself cannot be welded using traditional technologies (ultrasound – hot blade). The vibration is circular. Unlike conventional vibration welders, vibration is obtained through the displacement of a specially shaped shaft. This is very important because it allows the client to make the necessary fixturings. The mechanical and electrical solutions available create optimal operating conditions with ample adjustment possibilities, making the welder ideal for most welding applications. The welder has a highly robust structure. The base and column are painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is the brushless type. Movement of the transducer holder head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve, and takes place on highprecision prismatic guides with excellent mechanical features. One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle control system managed entirely by a MICROPROCESSOR.

It is possible to weld using the time function, and with the height function. In this case, the welding
height is managed by optical ruler with centesimal resolution. Different thrust pressures can be set for each cycle phase, head descent, welding and compression. The microprocessor can store 20 welding programs.

Heating-Plate Welding Technic

Hot plate welder suitable for the welding of thermoplastic pieces. Manufactured using the most up to date productive technologies, the hot plate welder BASIC series, stands out for its easy to use concept, reliability, solidity and its moderate price.

This bench welder, only one in its kind, is used for the welding of small-medium dimensions pieces and where the production costs must be taken into large consideration. All the movements are carried out on tempered and grinded bars with re-circle balls sleeves. The welder cycle running is controlled by a microprocessor system with touch screen board to set the welding cycle. The temperature is set up by a digital thermo regulator.
